Hi, my name is Joy and I am currently a full-time employee in a Corporate World as a Marketing Assistant in an Insurance industry for 6 years. I used to assist client in their insurance requirements like Travel, Motor, Fire or any Non-Life Insurance. I do quotations, attending calls and emails, issuance of policy, processing payments and claims. Since we are on a Pandemic, we allow to work from home and eventually love the new set up. I researched what work and what skills should I posses so I can work at home permanently, I saw the Virtual Assistant University (VAU) that is offering a course as a Virtual assistant and I enrolled immediately. VAU helped me learn and enhance my skills specially my graphic designing Skill. I hope I can find a Client that will give me a chance to showcase my talent.
